We presented the Leadership Team with creative ideas to turn a complex strategy into a simple, memorable plan for colleagues to buy into.
The chosen route distilled an extensive executive briefing into four key strands: Rebuild, Reduce, Revitalise and Reinforce.
This was followed with the creation of a detailed presentation explaining the underpinnings of each strand, after which we implemented a comprehensive communications plan to engage colleagues in the Bank’s direction.
This involved event planning and delivery, intranet campaigns, e-mail cascades, commitment cards and leadership speechwriting.
