How Stats Perform's own team brought their culture to life on film, with colleagues recording themselves across the world and the internal comms team behind the camera at HQ.

Stats Perform wanted to bring its culture to life on film, for colleagues inside the business and for the people it hopes to hire.
The difficulty is geography. The team is spread well beyond the UK, and a culture film shot only where the head office happens to be tells you about one building rather than one company.
What they did have was a comms team with the appetite to pick up a camera themselves, and colleagues willing to be in it. The job was to make that work rather than to replace it.
Bring the culture, the values and the reasons people stay to life on film, in a way that works both for colleagues and for candidates.
Use what the business already has: its own people, its own internal comms team and their appetite to do the filming themselves.
Our job was the parts that are easy to get wrong. The plan, the storyboards, the edit and the thread running through all of it. Theirs was everything in front of the lens.
Before a camera came out, we worked with Costanza and her team to define what the culture feels like from the inside and why people stay. That became the spine everything else hung from.
A campaign plan across twelve months, so the films arrive as a series with a building argument rather than as separate videos landing whenever they happen to be ready.
Each one mapped out before filming, so the people holding the camera knew exactly what was needed and nobody came home with footage that could not be cut together.
Talking heads alone make for a flat film. So as part of the planning we set out how to capture b-roll around their sites, what to point a camera at and how to hold it, so we could cut that footage through the interviews. It is what turns a set of answers into a place you can picture working in.
Vocal Video let people record themselves wherever they were in the world, so the films carry real voices from across the business rather than whoever happened to be near a studio.
The internal comms team did the professional filming at HQ themselves. We gave them the direction and the shot list; they got the material, and they got it right. That is the part most agencies would have quietly taken over.
One Team, Values, What Is My Superpower, and a day in the life of the AI the company is built on. The Superpower film celebrates what each colleague brings that nobody else does, which is a far more convincing way to talk about diversity than saying you value it.
Cost effective video for internal comms, from explainers and animation to talking heads and conference openers.

Colleagues recorded themselves around the world, their team filmed at HQ, and b-roll from their own sites runs through it. We storyboarded it and cut it together.
